Our go-to recipes on rotation

My partner Jo and I love to cook, and we wanted to share this passion with our friends and family. Together we set out to challenge ourselves to develop, test, and write recipes, style and photograph the meals, and lay everything out in a 48 page hardcover cookbook.

Growing up in families that value home-cooked meals and gatherings, nothing makes us feel more loved and cared for than creating dishes together that nourish and feed us. As a duo, we try our best to create this sense of home every day in the kitchen. The kitchen is also a place for us to experiment with ingredients and to think outside the box. While we love trying new and challenging recipes, sometimes life wants to move at a pretty fast pace, so we end up falling back on some staples we have on heavy rotation. 

This was a curation of recipes we often turn to and it is one of my favorite passion projects to date. We made about 20+ and later gifted them to friends and fam who are looking for recipes in a pinch.
